Frequently Asked Questions:

1) Do you deliver to my area?

We do deliver 20 mile radius from Keemat-Hillcroft location.  

2) What is the fee for Home delivery?

There is a $4.99 fee for Home Delivery for order less than $100 up to 20 miles radius from Keemat Grocers - Hillcroft Location.
There is NO CHARGE on $100 or more order.

3) What is the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum to place an order.  

4) When will I get my delivery?

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once order is successfully placed. After that you will receive an e-mail or a call to confirm the delivery date and time frame from Keemat Grocers. Normally we try to accomodate delivery next business day.  

5) How I can cancel my order?

We need at least 24 hrs advance notice to cancel the order. After that deadline you cannot cancel your order.

6) Can I add on in my order?

Yes. You can add any item until final charges generate on your credit card. Once your card is been charged you cannot add any more new items to existing order as credit card authorization will be expired once charges took place.

7) Do I need to be at home for the delivery?

Yes, for confirmed delivery windows.

Someone over an age of 18 must be present. If someone over an age of 18 isn’t present our delivery partner will leave the package at the door. It is customer’s responsibility to pick up at earliest (as it may have perishable items).

Please note –  The delivery fee or order charges will be non refundable.

8) What happen if item is out of stock?

From time to time we may ran out some items. We substitute items with your permission only. If you cannot be reached out then we will skip the substitution process and process the rest of the order as is.

9) What if item is missing in the order?

We take utmost care to ensure all items are carefully checked prior to delivery. However, if an item is missing from your order, you have 1 hour from the time of delivery to notify the store location. 

Note that certain items, including Fresh Produce, Dairy products & Frozen Items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

10) Do we get tracking number for the shipment?

Yes. If order was placed for shipping and not for the home delivery. 

As we also ship orders out of state via FedEx, we do provide complete tracking support of all of our orders. However, for home delivery you will receive a time frame and date from the store.

11) Do I need to tip the driver?

Keemat Grocers works with independent driver-delivery service contractor. The choice to tip or not its up to the customer. Regardless the decision it will not impact on the quality of the service. 

12) Do you accept returns?

We do not accept any returns or exchange on delivered orders. As Keemat Grocers works with independent delivery services, driver will not take anything back to the store. For returns customers need to contact store directly.

13) Can I change delivery date or time?

Once date and time frame was confirmed Keemat Grocers cannot change any time or date of the schedule delivery. 

14) What if I am not in the house while delivery?

Your items will be delivered on the schedule time and date regardless of your presence. As frozen and /or perishable items might be included in your order, we strongly recommend that someone remain in your house so you can quickly put away those items first. Keemat Grocers is not liable for any stolen or missing packages. Hence, Keemat Grocers will not refund any delivery charges and order amount.

15) Do you deliver frozen?

Yes. We do deliver frozen and fresh produce at no extra cost within home delivery coverage.  

16) What is the expected waiting time of the home delivery?

We try our best to accommodate as early as NEXT DAY DELIVERY. However, due to high volume of delivery we might take longer. Keemat Grocers will contact you to book date and time slot regardless.

17) How do I pay for the order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. 

Cash, food stamp, gift cards, personal checks and other charge accounts are currently not accepted online. 

18) Do you deliver inside my home?

No, our delivery drivers will deliver only up to your front door. They will not enter your home. Someone over the age of 18 years will need to accept delivery from the door front.

19) Are in store prices same as online prices ?

From time to time there will be a variance in the prices.
